Job Title: E-Commerce Operations Executive (Female Preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Female E-Commerce Operations Executive to manage our Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and IndiaMART accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with online marketplace operations, product listings, order processing, stock management, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Account Management

• Manage daily operations of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and IndiaMART seller accounts.

• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, attributes).

• Ensure proper categorization and compliance with each platform’s policies.

Order & Inventory Management

• Monitor and process orders across all platforms.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for dispatch, packaging, and timely delivery.

• Update inventory, avoid stockouts, and maintain accurate recordkeeping.

Customer Support

• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

• Handle returns, refunds, and replacements as per marketplace guidelines.

• Maintain a high seller rating and reduce order defects.

Reporting & Analysis

• Track daily sales, returns, and account health parameters.

• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

• Identify ways to improve visibility and sales growth.

Operational Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics partners for pickups and delivery issues.

• Work with the design/content team for images, banners, and promotions.

• Run promotions, deals, ads (if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or IndiaMART accounts.

• Good understanding of e-commerce operations.

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.

• Ability to multitask and work independently.
