Key Responsibilities:Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplacesCreate and update product listings, titles, descriptions, and imagesMonitor inventory, pricing, and stock levelsHandle daily order processing, packing coordination, and dispatch follow-upsManage returns, cancellations, and customer inquiriesRun and optimize marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)Track sales reports and analyze performanceResolve dashboard issues, claims, and account health alertsConduct competitor research and maintain pricing strategyPlan and execute promotions, deals, and campaignsRequirements:Experience with Amazon/Flipkart Seller Panel (preferred)Strong understanding of e-commerce operationsGood communication & analytical skillsProficiency in Excel/SheetsAbility to handle daily operations independently
