Ecommerce Account Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior E-commerce Executive to manage and grow sales across leading online marketplaces. The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of marketplace operations, campaign management, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage e-commerce portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces

• Product listing creation, optimization, and catalog management

• Drive sales generation and revenue growth

• Plan and execute campaigns, deals, and advertisements

• Handle FBA & FBM operations

• Manage claims, reimbursements, returns, and account health

• Monitor performance, analyze data, and improve conversion rates

• Execute lead generation strategies

• Develop creative and smart strategies for fast business growth

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management

• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub

• Experience in campaigns, ads, FBA, FBM, and claims handling

• Analytical, result-oriented, and problem-solving mindset

• Creative thinker with a growth-driven approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
