Ecommerce Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to manage, list, and optimize product sales across multiple online marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, Blinkit, and our own e-commerce website. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of online selling, digital marketing tactics, and platform-specific algorithms to boost visibility and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Management

• Register and manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, JioMart, and Blinkit.

• List new products with optimized titles, descriptions, pricing, and images as per platform guidelines.

• Monitor and update inventory, pricing, and offers across all platforms.

• Maintain compliance with marketplace policies, quality standards, and operational SLAs.

Website Management

• Manage and update the company's own e-commerce website (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.).

• Coordinate with developers or CMS teams for updates, bug fixes, and performance optimization.

• Ensure the website offers a seamless shopping experience across devices.

Sales and Performance Optimization

• Analyze product performance on each channel and take steps to improve visibility and conversion rates.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and pricing strategies.

• Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and stock accuracy.

Marketing & SEO

• Implement SEO strategies on product listings and the website.

• Run paid campaigns on Amazon (SPAs, SBAs), Flipkart Ads, etc. when applicable.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media and email marketing efforts.

Reporting & Analysis

• Generate weekly and monthly reports on sales, returns, ad performance, and stock movements.

• Recommend and implement changes based on sales analytics and trends.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience (2-5 years) managing listings and sales on major e-commerce platforms.

• Strong knowledge of platform dashboards (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.).

• Hands-on experience with e-commerce CMS platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).

• Understanding of product listing optimization, A+ content, keyword research, and SEO.

• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
