Ecommerce Account Manager

• Product Listings: Create, update, and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, pricing, and keywords across platforms.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or overstock situations.

• Order Management: Ensure smooth order processing, dispatch, returns, and replacements.

• Promotions & Campaigns: Plan and execute platform-specific offers, deals, and campaigns to boost sales.

• Account Health: Maintain account performance metrics (SLA, ODR, etc.) and resolve any operational or policy violations.

• Pricing Strategy: Monitor competitor pricing and ensure competitive pricing across channels.

• Reports & Analysis: Generate sales and performance reports; analyze data to improve performance.

• Customer Service Coordination: Coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely resolution of buyer queries and complaints.

• Platform Communication: Liaise with category managers or support teams of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, etc. for account and listing issues.

• Compliance: Ensure all listings and operations comply with the guidelines of respective platforms.
