We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who has previously handled the kids category and knows how to scale sales profitably across marketplaces.
This role is not for beginners. We need someone who understands the kids category deeply, including pricing, catalogue optimisation, ads, inventory planning, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and scale soft toys listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, FirstCry, and Shopify
Handle end-to-end marketplace operations:
Listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, orders, and returns
Optimise product listings using high-intent keywords to improve organic ranking
Plan and execute Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, & Other Platforms Ads for the toys category
Analyse competitors and identify new winning toy SKUs & trends
Manage inventory forecasting to avoid stock-outs and overstocking
Handle order reconciliation, payment settlements, and RTO analysis
Coordinate with logistics partners (Easyship, Seller Flex, courier panels, etc.)
Work closely with the founder to scale revenue and margins
Proven experience managing a Soft Toys / Toys brand (Mandatory Requirement)
Strong understanding of toys category dynamics & seasonality (Mandatory Requirement)
Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub (Mandatory Requirement)
Experience in running and optimising Amazon PPC & marketplace ads (Mandatory Requirement)
Knowledge of Easyship / Seller Flex / third-party logistics (Mandatory Requirement)
Strong analytical mindset with a growth-oriented approach (Mandatory Requirement)
Ability to take ownership and work independently (Mandatory Requirement)
Good to Have
Experience with kids-focused marketplaces
Knowledge of A+ Content & Brand Store creation
Experience scaling a brand from Low to high monthly revenue
Understanding of compliance and safety norms in the toys category
