Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across marketplaces and website platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end e-commerce operations and driving online sales growth.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
Create and optimize product listings, pricing, and catalog content.
Monitor inventory and coordinate with warehouse/logistics for smooth order fulfillment.
Plan and execute promotions and marketplace ads to drive sales.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and improve ROI.
Maintain account health, handle reviews, and resolve escalations.
Coordinate with marketing team for creatives, A+ content, and brand updates.
Prepare MIS reports and identify growth opportunities.
