🔷 Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee marketplace operations, coordinate with account managers, supervise the e-commerce team, and drive overall sales performance across online platforms.

🔷 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with marketplace account managers (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) for planning promotions, discounts, and campaigns.

• Supervise and guide e-commerce executives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Oversee listings, inventory updates, discount configurations, returns, and claim handling.

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance to achieve revenue targets.

• Ensure catalogue accuracy, listing compliance, and healthy marketplace metrics.

• Analyze data, dashboards, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.

• Work closely with internal teams such as inventory, dispatch, and accounts.

• Handle escalations and coordinate resolutions with marketplaces.

• Prepare and review Excel-based reports, performance dashboards, and operational summaries.

• Develop strategies to improve visibility, conversions, ratings, and platform performance.

🔷 Required Skills

• Strong understanding of online marketplaces, especially Myntra.

• Excellent coordination skills with external account managers.

• Advanced Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Analysis).

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.

• Knowledge of promotions, opt-ins, discounts, claims, and marketplace analytics.

3–6 years of experience in E-commerce operations or marketplace management.
