We're Hiring | Key Account Manager – Quick Commerce (Blinkit ,Swiggy Instamart & Zepto)
We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Key Account Manager to own and grow our Quick Commerce business across Swiggy Instamart and Zepto.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼:
→ Drive sales growth and revenue targets on Q-Com platforms
→ Own daily business operations — availability, fill rates, and on-shelf visibility
→ Analyse platform performance and build actionable reports
→ Plan and execute consumer offers, promotions, and platform campaigns
→ Be the primary point of contact for platform stakeholders at Swiggy & Zepto
→ Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✔ 3–4 years of experience in Q-Com or e-commerce, preferably from an FMCG brand
✔ Strong understanding of Q-Com metrics — availability %, share of shelf, visibility, and GMV
✔ Hands-on experience with sales analytics and performance dashboards
✔ Knowledge of consumer offer planning and promotional mechanics
✔ Excellent communication skills for day-to-day stakeholder management
✔ Self-starter with strong business ops acumen
