Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Amazon E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our Amazon business. The ideal candidate should have experience with Amazon Seller Central and be capable of handling daily marketplace operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Create and optimize product listings.
Upload new products and update existing listings.
Monitor inventory and stock levels.
Process and track customer orders.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues.
Create and manage Amazon PPC campaigns.
Monitor advertising performance and improve ROAS.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order fulfillment.
Resolve listing issues, account health issues, and policy-related cases with Amazon Support.
Monitor pricing, competitors, and product performance.

Required Skills

Experience with Amazon Seller Central.
Knowledge of Amazon PPC (preferred).
Basic understanding of Excel/Google Sheets.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.
6 months to 2+ years of experience in Amazon Marketplace (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply).

Preferred Skills

Experience with Amazon US, UK, or Europe marketplaces.
Knowledge of Flat Files, Inventory Management, and Listing Optimization.
Understanding of FBA and FBM operations.

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience.

Monday to Saturday
