Job Description:

NYKO MART is looking for a dedicated and experienced Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our online business on Etsy.com, Amazon.com, and eBay.com. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day marketplace operations and ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings on Etsy, Amazon, and eBay
Create, optimize, and update product listings (title, description, images, keywords)
Handle order processing, shipping coordination, and tracking updates
Respond to customer messages, queries, and return/refund cases professionally
Manage inventory and stock updates
Coordinate with courier/logistics partners when required
Monitor account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
Assist in promotions, offers, and sales campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience working on Etsy, Amazon, or eBay marketplaces
Good knowledge of product listing and order management
Basic understanding of SEO for ecommerce listings
Strong communication skills in English
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
