Marketplace & Platform Operations*This involves the "nitty-gritty" technical work required to keep the store functioning.Catalog Management: Oversee product listings (titles, descriptions, images) to ensure they are accurate, optimized, and brand-compliant.Inventory Health: Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts (which kill rankings) or overstocking (which incurs storage fees). Coordinate with supply chain teams on replenishment.Account Health Monitoring: Daily checks for "suppressed" listings, policy violations, or account suspension warnings (especially critical for Amazon Account Managers).Price Management: Execute pricing strategies, including markdown plans for slow-moving inventory or dynamic pricing to win the "Buy Box."*3. Sales Growth & Digital Marketing*An Account Manager is ultimately judged on revenue growth.
