Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Marketplace Listing & Panel Management Executive to manage product listings, daily operations, and seller panel activities across multiple online marketplaces. The candidate will be responsible for accurate cataloging, smooth order flow, pricing control, and coordination with internal teams to ensure optimal marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, upload, and optimize product listings on marketplaces such as Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Ajio, etc.

• Ensure accurate product details including titles, descriptions, attributes, size charts, images, pricing, and GST information.

• Maintain catalog hygiene and ensure compliance with marketplace guidelines and brand standards.

• Handle bulk uploads, attribute corrections, and catalog health improvement.

Seller Panel & Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day seller panel activities across all marketplaces.

• Monitor orders, inventory, pricing, and promotions on a regular basis.

• Coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, returns, and RTO handling.

• Resolve listing errors, order issues, and account-level alerts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with seller panels of Myntra, Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Ajio or similar platforms.

• Strong knowledge of product listing, cataloging, and marketplace operations.

• Basic understanding of pricing, margins, GST, and logistics flow.

• Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data management.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
