Marketing Ecommerce Account Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated E-Commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our Amazon and Myntra seller accounts. The candidate will be responsible for complete marketplace operations, product listing management, sales growth, inventory management, order processing, and account performance.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of Amazon and Myntra Seller Panels, marketplace policies, catalog management, and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily operations of Amazon and Myntra seller accounts.

2. Create, update, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, keywords, and bullet points.

3. Manage product catalogs, images, attributes, pricing, and variations.

4. Monitor orders, cancellations, returns, RTO, and customer-related issues.

5. Maintain inventory and ensure stock availability across marketplaces.

6. Handle account health, performance notifications, listing errors, and policy-related issues.

7. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing.

8. Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and discounts to increase sales.

9. Monitor sales reports, business performance, and daily account metrics.

10. Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion rates, and overall revenue.

11. Raise and follow up on seller support tickets to resolve marketplace issues.

12. Ensure timely updates and smooth functioning of all marketplace operations.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.

• Good knowledge of Myntra Partner Portal.

• Strong understanding of E-Commerce operations.

• Knowledge of SEO, catalog management, and product optimization.

• Experience in inventory, pricing, order, and return management.

• Good Excel and data management skills.

• Problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for account performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time, on-site position.

• Previous experience managing Amazon and Myntra accounts will be preferred.

• Should be responsible, organized, and target oriented.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
