Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Ecommerce

Account Handler to manage and grow our online business on Amazon and Flipkart platforms. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end seller account management, product listings, order processing, and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts

Create, optimize, and update product listings (title, description, keywords, images)

Handle order processing, packing coordination, dispatch, and tracking

Monitor inventory, stock levels, and replenishment planning

Manage pricing, offers, deals, and promotions

Handle customer queries, returns, refunds, and feedback professionally

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams

Run and optimize Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads (if required)

Ensure compliance with marketplace policies

Generate sales reports and analyze performance

Required Skills

Experience in handling Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub

Basic knowledge of SEO for product listings

Understanding of GST invoices, returns, and marketplace rules

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, dashboards)

Preferred Qualifications

6 months to 3 years experience in ecommerce account handling
