Office & Online Operations Executive
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented staff member to manage office operations and online activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, communicative, and comfortable with basic digital tools.
Handle day-to-day office administrative work
Manage online listings on relevant platforms
Assist in managing social media accounts (posting, basic coordination)
Make and receive online/customer calls for follow-ups and coordination
Maintain records, data, and reports as required
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, internet usage)
Understanding of online platforms and social media
Good communication and calling skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Professional attitude and punctuality

Prior experience in office or online work will be an added advantage
