We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to oversee online store operations, coordinate with e-commerce platforms and agencies, manage website and social media channels, and ensure excellent customer engagement via WhatsApp and other platforms. The ideal candidate should have a creative eye for content using tools like Canva and Photoshop, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Manage and update product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.) and brand website.
Track sales, stock levels, and coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams.
Analyze e-commerce performance reports (traffic, conversions, ROI) and suggest optimizations.
Manage content updates, banners, and product catalogs on the company website.
Ensure the site is user-friendly, mobile-optimized, and updated with current offers.
Coordinate with web developers/designers for technical updates.
Plan and execute content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Collaborate on calendar planning, campaigns, and promotions.
Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages.
Engage with customers via WhatsApp for queries, orders, and support.
Share promotions, order updates, and collect feedback through WhatsApp Business API or similar tools.
Act as a point of contact for digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and creative agencies.
Coordinate campaigns, product launches, and performance reviews with external partners.
Handle communications with marketplace account managers for visibility and promotions.
Create basic creatives using Canva for social media, website, and ads.
Use Photoshop for image editing, product photos, banners, etc. (basic to intermediate level).
Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or marketplace portals)
Knowledge of social media marketing and tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, etc.)
Proficient in Canva and Photoshop
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field
2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or account management
Prior experience in working with e-commerce agencies or D2C brands is a plus
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, or WhatsApp Business
Hybrid or in-office depending on company policy
May require working on weekends or late hours during campaigns or sales periods
