Job Title: E-commerce Accounts Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Accounts Manager to manage online marketplace accounts and ensure smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have experience handling platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, or other online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage seller accounts on e-commerce platforms.

Create and update product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing.

Monitor inventory and coordinate stock replenishment.

Process orders, returns, and customer queries.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts.

Track sales performance and prepare daily/monthly reports.

Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.

Resolve account-related issues and maintain marketplace compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in e-commerce account management.

Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, or similar marketplaces.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and online seller panels.

Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary: As per experience and company standards.
