Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to manage daily operations across marketplaces and our own website. The role involves catalog management, order processing, campaign execution, stock coordination, and issue resolution across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace Account Management
Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and Kasba Line website
Coordinate with platform account managers for:
Policy updates
Growth opportunities
Account health & escalations
Product Listing & Catalog Management
Create and manage new product listings (titles, descriptions, pricing, attributes)
Review and optimize existing/old listings for:
Content accuracy
SEO & visibility
Pricing and offers
Coordinate with the design team to obtain:
Product images
Lifestyle images
A+ / enhanced content (where applicable)
Order Processing & Issue Handling
Ensure smooth order processing across all platforms
Monitor shipments, returns, and cancellations
Raise and track support tickets for:
Order issues
Payment discrepancies
Listing suppression
Account-related problems
Campaign & Promotion Management
Plan and execute:
Platform campaigns
Sales events
Deals & discounts
Monitor campaign performance and optimize:
Budget
Pricing
Product selection
Inventory & Stock Coordination
Track stock levels across platforms
Coordinate with the Store Manager to:
Maintain optimal inventory
Avoid stockouts or overstocking
Align production & replenishment
Ensure accurate stock sync across channels
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Track key metrics:
Sales performance
Order volume
Listing health
Campaign results
Share regular updates and insights with the management team
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience managing Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho seller accounts
Hands-on experience with:
Product listings
Order management
Seller support systems
Basic understanding of:
Marketplace campaigns
Pricing & promotions
Inventory planning
Strong coordination and communication skills
Detail-oriented and process-driven
Comfortable working with designers, store teams, and external platform managers
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience with D2C website operations (Shopify/WooCommerce)
Knowledge of SEO for marketplace listings
Experience in home décor / lifestyle category
