📌 Job Title: E-Commerce Marketplace Account ManagerJob DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and proactive E-Commerce Marketplace Account Manager to manage and grow our online sales across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, ranking improvement, campaign optimization, and marketplace policies.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesManage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, bullet points, and images.Handle catalog uploads, variations, pricing updates, and listing hygiene.Improve product ranking through SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.Monitor daily sales, inventory, buy box, and account health.Coordinate with warehouse/operations team for order, return, and dispatch management.Run and optimize Ads/Campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Meesho Ads) for better ROI.Analyze competition, pricing trends, and create strategies for sales growth.Resolve marketplace issues like listing suppression, claims, return disputes, etc.Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and growth strategies.🎯 RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years experience in managing Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho accounts.Strong knowledge of e-commerce listing, product SEO, and marketplace tools.Hands-on experience with Excel and basic data analysis.Ability to troubleshoot technical issues in listings and account dashboards.Strong communication and coordination skills.Result-oriented with a focus on sales growth and performance improvement💼 SalaryCompetitive salary based on experience + performance incentive
