Job Title: E-commerce Account Manager
Job Summary:
The E-commerce Account Manager oversees online marketplace accounts (such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or eBay), drives sales performance, manages product listings, coordinates promotional activities, and develops strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize seller/vendor accounts across e-commerce platforms.
Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and profitability.
Create, update, and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and marketplace advertising.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
Coordinate inventory planning to avoid stock-outs and overstock situations.
Resolve account issues, customer complaints, and platform compliance matters.
Work closely with marketing, operations, logistics, and finance teams.
Prepare regular reports on sales, revenue, advertising performance, and KPIs.
Build strong relationships with marketplace representatives and key stakeholders.
