Job Responsibilities
Manage and operate Amazon Seller Central on a daily basis.
Create, update, and optimize product listings.
Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability.
Handle order processing, returns, refunds, and customer queries.
Plan and execute Amazon promotions, deals, and campaigns.
Monitor product performance, sales reports, and account health.
Optimize listings using keywords, titles, bullet points, and product descriptions.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.
Resolve Amazon-related issues such as listing suppression, account warnings, and policy compliance.
Stay updated with Amazon marketplace policies and best practices.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
Strong understanding of Amazon listing optimization and account management.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Amazon PPC (Advertising) will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of catalog management, A+ Content, and Brand Registry is preferred.
Experience in increasing sales through Amazon platform strategies.
