As the E-commerce Account Manager for Frudo, you will be the primary driver of our digital storefronts. We aren't just looking for someone to "check boxes"—we need a strategic operator who treats our presence on Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and Shopify as their own business. You will own the entire lifecycle of a product, from the moment it’s listed to the moment it reaches the customer’s doorstep.
### Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace & Storefront Management
Maintain and optimize Frudo’s presence across Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, and Shopify.
Ensure 100% catalog accuracy, including high-quality imagery, A+ content (EBC), and consistent branding across platforms.
Monitor account health, seller ratings, and compliance with marketplace policies to prevent "buy box" loss or account suspension.
2. Inventory & Operations
Inventory Planning: Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock levels (avoiding both OOS and overstocking).
Order Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end processing of orders, ensuring timely dispatch and managing returns/RTOs effectively.
Inwarding: Manage the replenishment process for FBA (Amazon) and Flipkart Assured.
3. Growth & Digital Marketing
SEO: Execute keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic rankings.
Performance Marketing: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (Amazon Advertising, Flipkart PLA) to achieve target ROAS and ACOS.
Promotions: Plan and execute participation in major sale events (BDL, Big Billion Days, etc.) and lightning deals.
4. Analytics & Reporting
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including Conversion Rate, Traffic, CTR, and CAC.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights to the leadership team.
### Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years in E-commerce Account Management (FMCG or Food/Beverage preferred).
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Shopify Backend.
Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables are a must).
Marketing Savvy: Proven track record in managing marketplace ad spends and SEO.
Communication: Ability to coordinate with platform category managers and internal logistics teams.
