We are looking for a proactive and analytical Account Manager to manage and grow seller
accounts on Amazon.in. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, improve seller
performance, and ensure an exceptional experience for marketplace sellers through continuous
support and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations and performance of assigned seller accounts on Amazon.in.
• Drive seller growth by analyzing sales trends and implementing strategies to improve sales
performance.
• Onboard new sellers and educate them on Amazon policies, tools, and best practices.
• Optimize product listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising campaigns.
• Monitor account health metrics such as ODR, Cancellation Rate, Late Dispatch Rate, and A-to-
Z Claims.
• Resolve seller issues related to payments, logistics, and product listings.
• Execute promotional campaigns, Deals, Sponsored Ads, and Lightning Deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance seller performance and satisfaction.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insig cvhts.
• Build and maintain long-term seller relationships.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Seller Support, Marketplace Operations, or Account
Management.
• Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace policies.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills
• Amazon Ads (PPC) Management.
• SEO and Catalog Optimization.
• Knowledge of FBA and FBM models.
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
• Ability to handle escalations and build seller trust.
Eligibility
• B. Com, BBA, BMS, MBA, Marketing, or related graduates.
