Manage budgets, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns regularly.
Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging creatives for product listings and ads.
Inventory & Operations
Oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning, and stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for FBA/FBM operations.
Ensure timely dispatches, returns management, and order accuracy.
Reporting & Analytics
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, ad spend, conversions, and profitability.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.
Compliance & Customer Experience
Maintain strong account health by monitoring feedback, reviews, and performance KPIs.
Resolve customer complaints, claims, and negative reviews in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with all Amazon policies and guidelines.
