Job Description

Amazon Account Management

  • Own and manage the entire Amazon Seller Central operations for India and international markets.

  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and compliance with Amazon policies.

  • Handle product listings, cataloging, variations, keyword optimization, and content enhancement (A+ Content, Brand Store).

Sales & Growth Strategy

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow sales and market share on Amazon.

  • Analyze sales data, competitor insights, and customer trends to optimize pricing, promotions, and assortment.

  • Launch new products successfully and ensure visibility through effective positioning.

Advertising & Marketing

  • Plan and execute Amazon Advertising campaigns (PPC, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads) to maximize ROI.

  • Manage budgets, monitor performance, and optimize campaigns regularly.

  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging creatives for product listings and ads.

Inventory & Operations

  • Oversee demand forecasting, inventory planning, and stock replenishment to avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.

  • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for FBA/FBM operations.

  • Ensure timely dispatches, returns management, and order accuracy.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, ad spend, conversions, and profitability.

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the management team.

Compliance & Customer Experience

  • Maintain strong account health by monitoring feedback, reviews, and performance KPIs.

  • Resolve customer complaints, claims, and negative reviews in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ensure compliance with all Amazon policies and guidelines.
