We are looking for a proactive and analytical E-Commerce Manager with hands-on experience managing seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should understand marketplace algorithms, listing optimization, keyword research, and growth strategies to maximize product visibility, conversions, and revenue.
Manage daily operations of Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts.
Ensure product listings are updated, accurate, and optimized for search.
Monitor Buy Box performance & handle pricing/stock strategy.
Upload new products, maintain catalog hygiene, and ensure compliance with marketplace policies.
Conduct keyword research to improve product ranking.
Monitor competitor listings, pricing, and strategies.
Implement SEO-rich content for titles, descriptions, and backend keywords.
Improve product visibility through listing optimization and enhanced content.
Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns (Amazon PPC / Flipkart Ads).
Analyze daily spends, ACOS, CTR, conversion rates, and adjust campaigns accordingly.
Develop strategies to enhance reach and sales.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Track inventory levels, detect slow-moving SKUs, and plan re-ordering.
Analyze sales trends, customer behavior, and seasonality opportunities.
Work closely with the management team to plan recommendations for growth.
Coordinate with warehouse team for order dispatch, returns, and inventory updates.
Resolve customer issues, return disputes, and claim reimbursements from Amazon/Flipkart.
Ensure smooth coordination with internal marketing and catalog teams.
1–2 years of experience in Amazon & Flipkart marketplace management.
Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, ranking factors, and algorithms.
Experience with Amazon PPC & Flipkart Advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and handle end-to-end e-commerce operations.
Experience with tools like Helium10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp (optional).
Hands-on experience in cataloging, listing design, and keyword research.
Understanding of e-commerce trends and consumer insights.
