Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Marketplace Management

    • Handle daily operations on platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, Jiomart, etc.

    • Listing products, creating catalogs, and managing inventory

    • Ensure pricing, stock, and content accuracy across all listings

  2. Order & Returns Handling

    • Monitor and process orders, returns, and refunds promptly

    • Coordinate with warehouse or vendors for timely dispatch

  3. Product Listing & Optimization

    • Write SEO-friendly product titles, descriptions, and keywords

    • Optimize images and content to increase visibility and ranking

  4. Campaigns & Promotions

    • Plan and execute deals, offers, and festive promotions

    • Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns

  5. Account Health & Compliance

    • Track performance metrics: returns, ratings, SLA, etc.

    • Resolve seller penalties, late dispatches, or suspensions

    • Ensure compliance with platform policies

  6. Reports & Analysis

    • Analyze sales, returns, inventory movement & pricing trends

    • Generate daily/weekly reports to support decision-making

  7. Customer Interaction (if applicable)

    • Respond to buyer queries and feedback professionally

    • Manage ratings and reviews


Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub, Amazon Seller Central, and Meesho Supplier Panel

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce operations & policies

  • Catalog creation & bulk uploads

  • Data handling in Excel/Google Sheets

  • Strong communication & coordination skills

  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask
