Position Overview
Firgomart 24Logistics Private Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Account Manager to support and manage end-to-end e-commerce operations and marketing activities. This role combines operational execution with brand and marketing responsibilities across online and offline channels.
The position will begin as a 3-month part-time, unpaid internship. Subject to satisfactory performance, the selected candidate will be offered a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.
Internship & Compensation Structure
Internship Duration: 3 months
Nature: Part-time, unpaid internship
Post-Internship Salary (Full-Time):
₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (in-hand), based on performance, skills, and experience

Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Operations
Manage inventory and product listings across platforms
Handle order processing, order dispatch coordination, and shipment tracking
Oversee received orders and ensure timely fulfillment
Generate and manage product barcode and labeling systems
Marketing & Branding
Assist in planning and executing online and offline marketing campaigns
Support promotions, events, and BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing activities
Coordinate with vendors, partners, logistics teams, and internal stakeholders
Collect market data, analyze competitor activities, and prepare insights
Support lead generation initiatives and brand awareness programs
Digital & Social Media Presence
Manage and support the brand’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and others
Assist in content planning, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives
Research & Strategy
Conduct market research and consumer analysis
Assist in developing advertising strategies and campaign ideas
Support reporting and performance tracking of marketing initiatives
Eligibility & Job Requirements
Minimum Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 1 to 6+ years (freshers with strong interest and relevant skills may also be considered for internship)
Skills Required:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketing tools
Working understanding of digital marketing concepts
Familiarity with AI tools for marketing, operations, or analytics is an advantage
Creative, proactive, and problem-solving mindset
