Ecommerce Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage online product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and other marketplaces.

• Create, upload, and optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and pricing.

• Manage product catalogs, stock updates, and product variations.

• Handle daily order processing, shipment creation, returns, and cancellations.

• Work with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

• Monitor account health, product rankings, customer reviews, and ratings.

• Analyze marketplace performance reports—sales report, advertising report, traffic, and conversions.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, coupons, and advertisements.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to run Amazon ADS / Sponsored ADS / Flipkart Ads.

• Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and trends to improve product performance.

• Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve escalations.
