We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, order management, coordination with marketing and operations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day performance of e-commerce platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of e-commerce operations and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms (website and marketplaces)
Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
Monitor orders, payments, returns, and customer queries
Coordinate with logistics and support teams for timely order fulfillment
Track sales performance, inventory levels, and basic reports
Assist in planning and executing offers, discounts, and campaigns
Ensure accurate product information and smooth customer experience
