We are looking for an eCommerce Account Manager to manage and support our supplier accounts effectively. This role focuses on onboarding new suppliers/companies, ensuring smooth coordination with them, timely order processing, product listings, and resolving supplier issues to maintain operational efficiency.
Onboard new suppliers/companies every month by explaining processes, completing documentation, and activating their accounts.
Manage existing supplier accounts and build strong working relationships with them.
Ensure timely product listing and updates from suppliers on the platform.
Coordinate for timely pickup of orders from suppliers to avoid dispatch delays.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders by closely monitoring logistics processes.
Resolve supplier issues promptly related to listings, pricing, payments, credit notes, or operational concerns.
Follow up for payment settlements and credit notes with finance and suppliers to maintain clear accounts.
Communicate regularly with suppliers to update them on order status, payments, and process improvements.
Maintain supplier data, performance records, and prepare basic reports.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Minimum 12th Pass qualification, Graduation preferred.
0 – 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations, supplier onboarding, or account management.
Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic knowledge of Excel for reporting and data entry.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders efficiently.
Problem-solving attitude to resolve supplier issues on time.
Organised and detail-oriented in handling onboarding, listings, dispatches, and payment records.
