Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated E-commerce Marketplace Executive who has knowledge of managing online marketplaces such as Amazon.in, Flipkart, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Create, manage, and optimize product listings on Amazon.in, Flipkart, and Meesho.

• Upload product images, titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and other listing details.

• Manage inventory, pricing, stock updates, and order processing.

• Monitor sales, returns, account health, and marketplace performance.

• Manage sponsored ads and monitor advertising performance.

• Handle listing errors, suppressed listings, and marketplace seller support cases.

• Analyze competitors and implement strategies to increase sales.

• Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Requirements:

• Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

• Experience with product listing, catalog management, inventory, and order management.

• Basic understanding of marketplace advertising, sales reports, and account health.

• Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience: 1 years to 4 years in e-commerce marketplace management.

Job Type: Full-time, Work from Home.

Candidates with hands-on experience managing Amazon.in and Flipkart seller accounts will be preferred.
