Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the company’s e-commerce strategy to enhance website performance and grow online presence
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce)
Oversee product listings, pricing, inventory, and promotional campaigns
Collaborate with marketing, design, and IT teams to improve UX/UI and conversion rates
Analyze traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to inform decisions
Manage digital marketing channels including SEO, PPC, email, and social media
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead
Ensure smooth order fulfillment, customer service, and returns processes
Generate performance reports and present insights to senior management
