About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented E-commerce Manager to own and execute our online sales strategy. You will be the key driver behind our revenue growth on our website and marketplaces, optimizing the entire customer journey from discovery to purchase and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve sales, traffic, and conversion rate targets.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website (platform: [e.g., Shopify Plus]), including product uploads, content updates, and site performance.

  • Manage and grow our presence on key Indian online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto).

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels like SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and shopping ads to drive qualified traffic.

  • Analyze website and sales performance using Google Analytics and other tools to generate insights and report on KPIs.

  • Continuously optimize the user experience (UX), checkout process, and site navigation to improve conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.

  • Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to create engaging assets and campaigns.

  • Work closely with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.

  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and digital marketing best practices in the Indian market.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing an e-commerce website in the Indian market.

  • Proven experience in managing marketplace accounts (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Vendor Panel) is a must.

  • Strong expertise in digital marketing channels: SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media Advertising.

  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.

  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
