Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager to join our team at Castle Decor to help plan and execute marketing campaigns. This role involves both online account management like Listings, Returns, Claims and SEO activities. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns

• Coordinate within internal teams

• Handle promotions, events and BTL (Below The Line) marketing activities

• Collect market data and competitor insights

• Support lead generation, build brand's image and awareness

• Conduct market research, develop advertising strategies and create campaigns

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and minimum 1 years of experience in Amazon Account Management. The position also requires strong communication skills, basic knowledge of marketing tools, AI tools and a creative approach.
