We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Account Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. The role involves handling product listings, sales performance tracking, order management, customer communication, and supporting growth on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website.
Manage and update product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
Track daily sales, analyze performance reports, and suggest strategies to improve conversions.
Handle order processing, cancellations, returns, and customer queries to maintain high service levels.
Execute promotional campaigns, deals, and seasonal offers on different platforms.
Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and resolve account health/performance issues.
Coordinate with the marketing team for A+ content, banners, and social media promotions.
Identify opportunities for growth in product categories and competitor analysis.
