Ecommerce Account Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive who has hands-on experience in product listing and marketplace operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and Myntra. The ideal candidate should understand marketplace guidelines, optimize product listings, and manage catalog data to improve visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and Myntra.

• Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and keywords for better search visibility.

• Upload and manage product catalog data, images, pricing, and variations.

• Ensure listings comply with marketplace policies and guidelines.

• Monitor and resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and catalog mismatches.

• Coordinate with internal teams for product information, images, and inventory updates.

• Maintain listing accuracy including attributes, specifications, and categories.

• Track listing performance and suggest improvements for better conversion.

• Update pricing, offers, and product details when required.

Required Skills

• Experience working with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Ajio, and Myntra seller panels.

• Strong understanding of product listing, catalog management, and marketplace guidelines.

• Basic knowledge of SEO keywords for product listings.

• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple listings.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce marketplace operations.

• Experience in handling bulk listing or flat file uploads.

• Knowledge of Amazon listing optimization or marketplace advertising (optional but preferred).

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
