Ecommerce Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to manage our brand’s online sales and presence across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and our own website. The ideal candidate should have experience in driving online sales, managing product listings, optimizing campaigns, handling order management, and improving customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces

• Handle daily order processing, returns, inventory updates, and logistics coordination

• Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and campaigns to boost sales

• Analyze sales data, conversion rates, and competitor pricing to improve performance

• Manage product onboarding on marketplaces and update catalogs as needed

• Respond to customer queries and ensure smooth buyer experience

• Work on SEO/keyword strategies for better product visibility

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of proven experience managing e-commerce operations

• Familiarity with Seller Central (Amazon/Flipkart), Excel, and reporting tools

• Strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs and digital selling tactics

• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Basic knowledge of marketing tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Ads is a plus

Preferred:

• Experience in fashion, electronics, FMCG, or D2C brand

• Prior experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
