About the Role
HANMECH is looking for a result-oriented Flipkart Account Manager to handle and grow our Flipkart seller account. The candidate must have practical experience in Flipkart Seller Hub and a good understanding of e-commerce growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete handling of Flipkart Seller Account

• Product listing creation and SEO optimization (titles, keywords, attributes, content)

• Pricing strategy and competitor analysis

• Running and optimizing Flipkart Ads (PLA campaigns)

• Order processing, returns and cancellation control

• RTO reduction planning and execution

• Catalog health management (images, compliance, content updates)

• Planning offers, deals and sales campaigns

• Monthly sales and performance reporting

• New product launches and approval coordination

Performance Expectations

• Month-on-month sales growth

• Improved conversion rate

• Reduced RTO and cancellation percentage

• Better Ads ROI

• Strong account health and metrics

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Flipkart Seller Hub

• Understanding of e-commerce SEO

• Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge

• Campaign optimization and data analysis skills

• Good communication and accountability

Compensation
