Ecommerce Account Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day e-commerce operations, product listings, online promotions, inventory coordination, and performance analysis to ensure smooth and profitable online business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra, etc.).

• Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock availability across platforms.

• Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and discount strategies to drive sales.

• Coordinate with marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and optimal customer experience.

• Analyze website and marketplace analytics to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Handle product returns, replacements, and customer service escalations related to e-commerce orders.

• Optimize product listings for SEO and better visibility across marketplaces.

• Maintain relationships with platform account managers and handle vendor portals effectively.

• Research competitors’ pricing, product trends, and promotional strategies to stay competitive.

• Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with online marketplaces or retail brands.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, etc.).

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
