Drive sales through digital platforms by identifying and converting potential leads.
Engage with customers via calls, emails, chats, and social media channels.
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize digital campaigns and promotions.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and digital tools.
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales (digital/tele-sales experience is an advantage).
