Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for managing product listings, orders, inventory, marketplace operations, promotions, and day-to-day coordination with e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce marketplaces and online platforms.

• Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and other listing details.

• Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Coordinate with warehouse, operations, logistics, and customer support teams for smooth order processing.

• Monitor inventory levels across different marketplaces and ensure product availability.

• Track sales, orders, returns, cancellations, and other marketplace-related activities.

• Manage marketplace dashboards and ensure that all product and account information is updated accurately.

• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and customer feedback.

• Assist in planning and executing online promotions, offers, discounts, and campaigns.

• Coordinate with marketplace teams and account managers for operational requirements and issue resolution.

• Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, sales, and overall marketplace performance.

• Prepare regular reports related to sales, inventory, orders, returns, and marketplace performance.

• Monitor competitor pricing, product listings, offers, and market trends.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, order-related issues, and marketplace queries.

• Maintain proper records and documentation related to e-commerce operations.

• Support the team in implementing strategies to increase online sales and brand visibility.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and online selling platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

• Strong understanding of product listing and marketplace operations.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline, MBA in Marketing candidate preferred.

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce (Amazon, Meesho, Flipkart, etc.) online sales.
