E-commerce Executive – Seller Support & Advertising
Job Description
We are hiring E-commerce Executives for our Indore (Work From Office) team.
The ideal candidate should have 6+ months of Flipkart experience and experience in seller support, e-commerce operations, advertising, or campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle seller queries related to advertising and campaigns
Assist sellers with Flipkart Ads and campaign-related activities
Guide sellers on advertising best practices
Create, launch and optimize advertising campaigns
Monitor campaign performance and analyze data
Resolve campaign, billing and ad-delivery issues
Maintain reports and track campaign performance using MS Excel
Ensure seller satisfaction and successful campaign execution
Eligibility
6+ months of Flipkart experience is mandatory
Candidates with experience in any Flipkart process can apply
6 months–2 years of E-commerce / Seller Support experience preferred
Good communication and analytical skills
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel & reporting
Immediate joiners preferred

📍 Location: Indore – Work From Office
💰 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month
⏰ Interview Timing: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
