E-commerce Marketing Executive

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution

• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta platforms, email, and social media​

• Create compelling content and promotional strategies tailored to dental professionals and B2B/B2C audiences​

• Manage WhatsApp marketing campaigns and automation workflows to enhance customer engagement​

Analytics & Performance Optimization

• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs including CTR, conversion rates, ROI, and customer acquisition costs using Google Analytics and other analytics tools​

• Identify trends and insights to optimize marketing spend and campaign performance​

• Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates and user experience across digital touchpoints​

Content & SEO Management

• Optimize product listings with relevant keywords and compelling copy to improve search visibility​

• Develop product content, category pages, and marketing materials that resonate with dental industry professionals​

• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and customer touchpoints​

Growth & Strategy

• Research market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior patterns in the dental industry​

• Brainstorm and implement creative growth strategies and innovative tactics to scale customer acquisition​

• Collaborate with product, sales, and tech teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives​

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field​

• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce or healthcare/B2B sectors​

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and marketing automation platforms​

• Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising​

• Comfortable working with marketing tools, CRM systems, and data visualization platforms​

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website management is a plus​
