Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, inventory updates, order processing, and customer queries across various online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Product listing and updating on marketplaces and websites
Inventory management and stock updates
Order processing and coordination with the dispatch team
Handling customer queries, returns, and refunds
Managing pricing and promotional offers
Basic keyword research and product optimisation
Coordination with vendors and the internal team

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Good communication skills
Fresher to 3 years of experience can apply

Working Details:

Office Time: 10:15 AM to 7:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days Working)
