About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online marketplace business. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, order management, inventory coordination, promotions, and marketplace performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other marketplaces.

• Create and update product titles, descriptions, images, keywords, pricing, and inventory.

• Monitor daily orders, cancellations, returns, and customer issues.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order processing.

• Track inventory levels and ensure product availability.

• Manage marketplace promotions, offers, and campaigns.

• Monitor sales, revenue, product ranking, and other marketplace KPIs.

• Conduct competitor and market research.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.

• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketplace visibility.

• Ensure marketplace policies and listing guidelines are followed.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho, etc.

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in e-commerce marketplace operations will be preferred.

• Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary: As per experience and interview.

• It is a Full Time Marketing job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
