Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage product listings and support online sales operations. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good communication abilities, and a keen eye for accuracy in managing product data across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain product listings on various e-commerce platforms.

• Ensure accurate product details including titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images.

• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, inventory, design) for listing inputs.

• Monitor and update stock levels and pricing across platforms.

• Perform regular audits of product listings to ensure consistency and compliance.

• Track listing performance and suggest optimizations.

• Assist in resolving listing errors and customer queries related to product data.

Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel .

  Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.

• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online product merchandising.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
