Commerce Executive to manage and grow sellers’ businesses across leading online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of product listing, listing optimization, sales growth, and marketplace advertising.

Key Responsibilities

Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and JioMart.
Create, upload, and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords.
Optimize product listings to improve visibility, search rankings, and conversions.
Plan and execute strategies to boost sales and improve overall marketplace performance.
Manage and optimize marketplace advertisements, including Amazon Sponsored Ads and other marketplace ad campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Monitor orders, inventory, returns, account health, and marketplace performance.
Analyze sales reports, advertising reports, and business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and marketplace support teams to resolve issues.
Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and promotional opportunities.
Use AI tools to improve listing content, keyword research, and daily work efficiency.

Job Requirements

6 months to 2 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.
Working knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and JioMart.
Practical experience in product listing, catalog management, SEO, and listing optimization.
Basic understanding of marketplace advertising and sales growth strategies.
Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools such as ChatGPT.
Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
