E-commerce Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day operations of our online sales channels. The role focuses on ensuring smooth platform operations, accurate product management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of E-commerce platforms (website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, Meesho, etc.)

• Create and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)

• Ensure product information accuracy and proper categorization

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams

• Process orders, track shipments, and manage returns/refunds

• Coordinate with internal teams for product uploads and stock updates

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a timely manner

• Generate and maintain reports on sales, orders, and inventory

• Ensure smooth functioning of the website/app and report any issues

Requirements & Skills

• 1-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or similar role

• Should have knowledge of order management and inventory processes

• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and coordination abilities
