We are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking E-commerce Executive Interns who are interested in learning how online businesses operate.

This is a 4-month internship program designed for freshers and beginners who want to gain practical knowledge of marketplace management, product listing, advertising, order processing and other e-commerce operations.

Candidates do not need advanced e-commerce knowledge. Our team will provide proper training, guidance and practical experience to help them develop professional skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

Create and upload product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and Myntra.
Update product titles, descriptions, bullet points and product details.
Manage product images, categories and variations.

2. Product SEO & Keyword Research

Learn how to research relevant product keywords.
Optimize product listings to improve search visibility.
Analyze competitor products and pricing.

3. Order & Inventory Management

Monitor and process daily marketplace orders.
Update product stock and inventory records.
Track shipments, returns and cancellations.

4. Seller Account Management

Learn to operate Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub and other seller dashboards.
Assist with listing approvals and account-related issues.
Raise and follow up on marketplace support tickets.

5. E-commerce Advertising

Learn the basics of Amazon and Flipkart advertising.
Assist with keyword research and campaign optimization.
Understand advertising reports and campaign performance.

6. Excel & Daily Reporting

Maintain product data and sales reports.
Work with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Prepare daily operational reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass, Graduate or Pursuing Graduation.
Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply.
Basic computer and internet knowledge.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Basic English reading, writing and typing skills.
Good communication and learning ability.
Interest in e-commerce, digital business and online marketplaces.
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
